The damning report that caused the resignation of Alan Shatter from the Government will be published later.

The 300-page Guerin report will outline how the Garda Ombudsman, Department of Justice and Minister for Justice failed to investigate allegations of Garda misconduct.
It deals with a series of allegations including the handling of an offender who was on bail for offences when he murdered Sixmilebridge woman Sylvia Roche Kelly.
The coalition will also announce that it's setting up a commission of investigation off the back of the report.
