One person’s been injured following a single car crash on the Ennis to Kilrush Road overnight.

The single vehicle accident happened at around 3 am this morning at Caherea near Lissycasey.
A 17 year old was rushed to Limerick Regional Hospital with chest injuries but his condition isn’t believed to be life threatening.
The Office of the Garda Ombudsman has been contacted in connection with the incident as officers had earlier being investigating reports of a stolen vehicle in the area.
