A Garda investigation is underway into a spate of burglaries in Clare.
Thieves gained entry to homes in the Doora, Kilkishen and Tuamgraney areas on Friday morning and early afternoon.

In one of the incidents, the homeowner returned home to discover three men wearing dark clothing, hoodies and face masks attempting to gain entry through a window.
