A Garda investigation has been launched after a pick-up truck was set alight in Ennis.
The incident occurred at approximately 4:45am in the Drumbiggle area on Friday morning.
The owner of the vehicle raised the alarm after discovering their Blue Ford Ranger on fire by the roadside.
Sergeant Edel Burke has this appeal for information.
“Gardaí in Ennis are investigating fire damage caused to a vehicle parked in the Drumbiggle area of Ennis last friday, 30th May at approximately 4.45am.
The owner of the vehicle, a blue Ford Ranger pickup, discovered the car on fire on the roadway in Drumbiggle.
Gardaí are appealing to anyone that may have witnessed this incident or may have information in relation to this crime, to please contact Ennis Garda Station on 065 6848100.”
