Garda investigations have been launched in Shannon following multiple cases of criminal damage to cars.
The first incident took place between 10pm and midnight on Saturday, when a group of four men in hoodies and balaclavas damaged the rear window of a Blue Toyota Yaris.

In the Cluainin Estate, meanwhile, the window of a black Toyota Aqua was broken, with the car alarm sounding just after 10.30 on the same night.
