Gardaí are appealing for witnesses to what they’ve described as a “traumatic experience” for a child in Ennis.
The young boy was sitting in the passenger seat of his mother’s car, which was parked on the Old Mill Road in Ennis, when a man opened the car door and threated him.
The man stole the mother’s handbag and made his escape on foot in the direction of Hermitage.
