Gardaí are appealing for witnesses following a road crash in North Clare.
The two-vehicle collision involving a car and a motorbike happened at Killourney on the R460, between Tubber and Gort, around 12.30 yesteday afternoon.
The motorcyclist, a man in his 40s, was airlifted to University Hospital Galway for treatment of serious, but non-life-threatening injuries, while the driver of the car was uninjured.
The road was closed for a time to facilitate a technical examination, but has since reopened.
Gardaí are urging any road users who may have camera or dash-cam footage and were travelling in the area to make this footage available to investigating Gardaí.
