Ennistymon Gardaí are investigating a road traffic incident in which a female pedestrian was injured at the weekend.

She was struck by a vehicle opposite Conway’s Shop in the North Clare town on Saturday afternoon at approximately 3 pm and is currently being treated in hospital.
