Post mortem examinations were carried out on the remains last night – which are believed to have been badly decomposed.
They've been named locally as 56-year-old farmer Thomas Ruttle and 65-year-old Julia Holmes – who's wanted on fraud charges by Gardai, the PSNI and the FBI.
It's understood their bodies were in the house for some time before being discovered by burglars who contacted the Gardai.
Further tests are to be carried out today.
