Cardinals remain divided over who should be pope – after three rounds of voting.

In the second day of the conclave at the Vatican, thick black smoke billowed from the chimney of the Sistine Chapel, indicating that no-one’s been selected.
The 115 Cardinal electors have now retired for lunch and will resume voting at about half past three, Irish time.
The process will continue until one of the candidates has the 77 votes needed to become the new Pope.
