A man whose body was found on a roadway near his home in South Clare last weekend will be laid to rest today.
Pat O’Gorman is understood to have been on his way home from socialising in a local pub, before he was discovered in an unresponsive state on Rosmanagher Road, Sixmilebridge in the early hours of Sunday morning.

Pat, who was highly active in the local agricultural scene, will be laid to rest in Truagh Cemetery today following a funeral mass at 11am in St.Patrick’s Church Parteen.
He’s survived by his children Marc, Paul, Aine and Alan and their mother Anne.
