The funeral mass of former Clare Independent TD and County Councillor James Breen takes place today.
The Kilnamona native who spent 32 years serving this county, passed away peacefully on Wednesday night at 81 years of age.

His funeral mass will take place today at 12 noon in Kilnamona Church, before a cremation service in Shannon Crematorium at 4pm.
James Breen is survived by his wife Eileen, sons Damian, Ciaran and Ruairi, daughter Eilis and wide circle of extended family and friends.
