The funeral of a man who died following a car accident in East Clare last Friday is to take place this morning.

48 year old Pat Lynch died in hospital on Monday night, three days after he was struck by a car at Ballyblood on the Tulla to Kilkishen Road.
He is survived by his sixteen year old daughter, relatives and friends and will be laid to rest following funeral mass at St. Mary’s Church, Quin at 11:00 this morning.
