Steps have been taken to provide a single point of contact between festival and event organisers in Ennis and the local authority.
€20,000 has been allocated by the town’s Municipal District Councillors to the role of Festivals Coordinator within Clare County Council.

Working with the Chamber of Commerce, the position will entail the promotion and marketing of events, while ensuring cooperation between organisers and the Council.
