Four of Clare’s summer festivals are to share nearly 20 thouasnd euro worth of Arts Council funding.

6,000 euro has been awarded to the Summer Music Shannon events, which are in their 20th year, while 5,500 goes to the Feakle International Traditional Music Festival in August.
Meanwhile, 3000 euro each goes to the Ennis Street Festival, taking place in July, and the Crotty/Galvin Traditional Music Frestival Weekend which will be held in Moyasta in September.
