New playground facilities are to be brought to Ennis with the announcement of grant funding for the playground at Lees Road at the town.
The funding, which has been granted to Ennis Town Council by Minister of State Michael Ring, will see 34 thousand euro spent on the provision of equipment at the complex.

Ennis Councillor Johnny Flynn is a member of the Lees Road committee – he says in this case the funds will be spent on equipment for adults.
