Almost 78 thousand euro has been granted to early years services in Clare.

A five million euro grant has been allocated by the Government for community or not for profit childcare services while a further two million euro has been made availale for both private and community services for improvement measures.
Two Clare Projects, Bridge Kids in Sixmilebridge and Obair Community Creche in Newmarket on Fergus have been awarderd €20,395 and €12,208 respectively, for maintanance of early years services.
While, 92 childcare facilities throughout the county will share in over 44,000 euro in funding for improvements for IT equipment.
