Fresh Start As Name Chosen For Midwest’s New University

A name has been chosen for the Midwest’s new University.

It will be known as Technological University of the Shannon: Midlands Midwest.

The University was founded to replace the Limerick Institue of Technology and Athlone IT and will have six campuses in Limerick, Ennis, Athlone, Clonmel and Thurles.
