Four men have been brought to hospital following what Gardaí have described as a public order incident in Kilrush last night.

Gardaí were called to a house in Sycamore at around 10 o'clock, following reports of a disturbance, and the men, aged in their 20s and 30s, were all taken to University Hospital Limerick.
It had been reported that a number of them had received stab wounds, but Gardaí say there are no serious injuries.
No arrests have been made.
