The company behind a new cafe at the former Avoca site in Bunratty hope to open their new facility there within a year.
EFG Inflight is to expand it’s facilty at Shannon Airport, while it’s retail arm Zest will open two new outlets in Limerick City and at the Bunratty site, which had burnt down four years ago.

The firm already employs 100 people at it’s manufacturing facility at Shannon Airport but are set to hire an extra fifty staff in the MidWest.
Managing Director Ean Malone has told Clare Fm that around forty of these will be in Clare.
