Fórsa – Third Dublin Airport Terminal A Blow To Shannon And Regional Development

It’s claimed a third terminal at Dublin airport would be blow to Shannon and regional development.

Delegates to Fórsa’s Services and Enterprises Conference have heard that less than 15 percent of air traffic coming into Ireland now is handled by Shannon, Cork, Galway, Knock, Kerry and Donegal airports.

The union, formerly known as IMPACT, has criticised any talk of a third runway in the capital, describing it as “crazy” at a time when Shannon is well below capacity.
