A former Sixmilebridge Councillor is warning of fraudsters using his name in an attempt to sell bogus goods.
PJ Ryan has been operating a tractor and grass care business for over 50 years and it’s understood a group travelling around South East-Clare in Northern Reg Mercedes Vans are falsely claiming to be selling his surplus machinery.

One customer is already understood to have spent €1,200 on the goods and Gardaí are investigating the matter.
PJ says the quality of the goods is particularly poor.
