A former Republican prisoner's defending the Sinn Féin president after he used the N-word on Twitter.

Gerry Adams was forced to apologise yesterday after posting the tweet on Sunday night.
He said it was in response to watching Django Unchained and he was trying to compare the struggle of Irish nationalists to African Americans.
Tim Brannigan says Mr Adams is NOT a racist.
