The former head of Enterprise Ireland is to become the new Chief Executive Officer of Ei Electronics in Shannon.
Electronic engineer Leo Clancy has been named CEO of the Irish-owned multinational following Mick Guinee’s recent announcement that he will step down from the role on March 31st.
Commenting on his role, the new CEO says he is “looking forward to the opportunity of working with Mick, as Chairman, and with the talented team at Ei Electronics to drive the company’s next phase of growth and innovation”.
In his capacity as Chairman of the Board of Director, the outgoing CEO says “Leo’s expertise, experience and empathic leadership style make him the ideal choice to lead Ei Electronics into its next chapter”.
