A former Clare TD has announced his intention to run for the European Parliament elections.
Former Labour TD Michael McNamara has confirmed he’ll run for his party in the Ireland South constituency in the elections, which take place next year.
The Scarriff based representative has told the Clare People that this will rule him out as a candidate in the next General Election.
