Former Clare All-Ireland Hurler Says GAA Must Take Concussion Research Seriously

Former All-Ireland winning hurler Jamesie O’Connor says the GAA has to take new research into concussion in the game, seriously.

The study from UCC found a player suspected of concussion was removed from play on 10 out of 43 occasions in 2018 and 2019.

The research analysed the intercounty league and championship over that period.
