A former Clare Football Captain has been appointed as the third Vice-Principal of a historic Ennis institution.
Gary Brennan has now joined the Senior Leadership team of St Flannan’s College alongside Principal Donal Cahir and fellow Deputy Principals, Gráinne Lynch and Michael Donnellan.
A University of Limerick graduate, Mr. Brennan began teaching at St Flannan’s in 2010 and has taught Physical Education, Gaeilge and SPHE, while also representing the Clare Senior footballers for 13 years and earning an All-Star nomination in 2016.
Reacting to his appointment, Mr. Brennan says he’s deeply honoured to take on the role at a school that has meant so much to him both professionally and personally over the past 16 years.
