A former Chair of Clare Tourism says the progression of the East Clare greenway will see a welcome spin off for businesses in the area.
The project has now progressed to tender stage, with €140,000 ringfenced for it back in July.

When completed, the greenway will link Limerick city to Scariff, taking in Clonlara, O Briens Bridge and Killaloe along the way.
Eoin O Hagan says the 41 kilometre route will help many Clare businesses thrive when it comes to fruition.
