The former personal assistant of U2 bassist Adam Clayton will find out today if her appeal again her conviction for stealing from the musician has been successful.

Carol Hawkins, originally from North London but with a last address at Lower Rathmines Road, Dublin was jailed in 2012 on 181 counts of theft of 3 million euro between 2004 and 2008.
The 51 year old former PA spent the money on 22 thoroughbred horses, shopping sprees, a New York apartment and she also funded her children's education.
She was jailed for 7 years after a jury found her guilty of theft.
