Foreign Officials Banned From Nemtsov Service

A memorial service is being held in Moscow for the Russian opposition leader – and fierce critic of Vladimir Putin – Boris Nemtsov, who was shot dead outside the Kremlin.

Several prominent figures have been prevented from attending his funeral, which is being held separately this afternoon.
