The civil war in Syria and the rise of Islamic State will be discussed by the Oireachtas Joint Committee on Foreign Affairs and Trade.

The Committee chaired by Clare Fine Gael TD Pat Breen has expressed grave concern at the continued action of Al-Asaad's regime, and the rise of ISIS.
They'll discuss the most appropriate responses that should be taken by the international community.
