4 out of Clare’s 72 Ghost Estates have been deemed as "dangerous or developer abandoned" in a new government report.
The Advisory Group on Unfinished Housing Developments which was set up last November has identified 348 developments nationwide, including the 4 in Clare which require immediate action.
