Five Hundred Thousand Euro Allocated To Clare Social Housing Revamp

Over five hundred thousand euro has been announced towards the refurbishment of vacant social housing units in Clare.

It’s part of a 24 million euro announcement by Housing Minister Simon Coveney under the Government’s Vacant Properties Voids Programme.

514,000 euro will go towards bringing 24 properties up to scratch here in Clare where there’s over 2,000 applicants on the social housing list.
