Five people on board a plane have died after it crashed into the roof of a shopping centre near Melbourne, Australia.
The light aircraft exploded on impact after suffering engine failure – it’s understood the pilot made a distress call before the incident.

Authorities say there were no fatalities other than those on the plane.
