A total of four Clare residents and one company have entered the latest tax defaulters list.
An Ennis Orthodontic service, which is now in liquidation, reached a settlement with revenue for €350,818, after being investigated in an audit for the under declaration of PAYE, PRSI and USC.

Elsewhere four people in this county were fined €2,500 for the misuse of marked mineral oil.
The charges were incurred by a farmer in Kilmihil, a panel beater in Ennis, a pensioner in Kilkee and an individual whose occupation status is unknown to revenue in Clonlara.
