Sean Fitzpatrick's legal team will find out today if the former Anglo chairman's trial will be adjourned.

Last Friday they asked for a postponement of the October date, because they say it's too close to the trial of the three ex-Anglo officials.
They were jailed last week for trying to defraud Revenue.
