First -Time Buyers Urged Not To Panic As Clare House Prices Rise Further

First-time buyers in Clare are being urged not to panic, as house prices here continue to climb.

The latest report from the Real Estate Alliance shows that the average home in this county is now selling for €180,000, marking an almost 6 percent rise in the space of a year.

It’s below the national average rate of increase, which is now at 8 percent, with the average semi-detached home in Ireland fetching over €232,000.
