A Clare-based firm has revealed plans to demolish a number of houses in Ennis in order to construct an office building on the site.
Cadtec Europe Limited is looking for planning permission to demolish two uninhabited houses at 4 and 5 Clonroad Beg, Cahercalla More in Ennis.

The company says its intention is to build a two-storey commercial office building with a remote training studio along with new site entrances, boundary walls and fences.
The local authority is due to make a decision on the development on or before July 7th while submissions can be made up until July 2nd.
