Gardai have seized 2,000 euro worth of fireworks during a planned search of a house in Shannon.

As part of efforts to to target the sale and supply of fireworks, in the run up to Halloween, Gardai searched a house in the Rossbracken Housing Estate yesterday afternoon.
No arrests were made and the investigation is ongoing.
