Finance Minister says Ireland’s moving towards exiting bailout programme

The Finance and Public Expenditure Ministers have started talks about an exit from the bailout Programme.

Michael Noonan and Brendan Howlin say there’ll be no need for a second bailout but bond yields do need to fall a little further.
