A Clare Fianna Fail election candidate says her party is committed to providing health care on the basis of who needs it most.

Fianna Fail's manifesto says that, if elected, the party will undertake a review of GP contracts, including the scheme to provide free care to children under 6, which was introduced by the current government.
This has lead to suggestions that the future of the programme could be under threat.
However, Clare Colleran Molloy says she is not aware of any plans to scrap it.
