The Financial Ombudsman says ‘only a handful’ of Ulster Bank customers have made official complaints in relation to the ongoing technical problems at the bank.

A computer crash, which hit Ulster Bank 17 days ago, has now been fixed – but the backlog of payments has meant bills being unpaid and salaries failing to appear in accounts.
Last night, the bank’s CEO Jim Brown announced that he would be giving up his annual bonus this year adding his personal priority is to put things right for customers.
