Gardaí fear firearms stolen during the burglary of a house in West Clare will be used during the course of further criminal activity.
Thieves gained entry to a house in Rehy East, Carrigaholt sometime between midnight on Tuesday, April 17th and 2pm on Sunday, May 13th.

They made their escape with a grey gun safe containing five firearms including a number of shotguns.
Clare’s Crime Prevention Officer, Sergeant Joe Downey says they’ll be monitoring online activity as part of the investigation:
