Clare’s Fianna Fáil TD is arguing that the new National Planning Framework will do little to halt a dominant Dublin.

Timmy Dooley is concerned that Clare and the MidWest is being forgotten about in the government’s strategy to rejuvenate the country between now and 2040.

The initiative aims to boost regions outside of the capital for investment and development.
