Investigations are continuing into yesterday’s fatal house fire in Kilrush which claimed the life of local man Senan Danagher.

Several units of the local fire brigade tackled the blaze at the 53 year old’s bungalow on Chapel Drive in the Cappa area of the West Clare town.
Mr Danagher was discovered in a downstairs rooms but emergency service personal were unable to revive him.
Gardaí in Kilrush say they’re satisfied foul play was not a factor in the fire
