The family of a Quin man who died in a plane crash in the Congolese jungle have lost a seven million pound compensation claim.

30-year-old James Cassley was killed along with 10 others in the crash in the Democratic Republic of Congo in June 2010.
He had been in the country for work, and was employed by GMP Securities Europe.
His family had already lost a damages claim against his employer at the London High Court, but now the Court of Appeal has dismissed their case.
Mr Justice Baker said he has profound sympathy for them, but that the crash was as a result of pilot error and that their action had no chance of succeeding.
