There’s been a marked decline in the number of homes sold in Clare since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic.
In the four months from March to June, papers were filed to confirm the purchase of 337 homes here. That’s down nearly 20% year-on-year.
So far, the pandemic appears to have little impact on prices with average amounts paid here largely in line with the period of time before the coronavirus.
