Ireland’s newest millionaire has come forward to claim their 12.8 million euro prize in last Friday’s Euromillions draw.

The winning ticket was sold in Munster, although the winner wishes to remain anonymous for the moment, and no further details have been released about where the ticket was sold.
Details of the selling agent will be announced later.
East Clare resident Dolores McNamara continues to hold the record for the largest Euromillions win in Ireland, which came in at over 115 million euro in 2005.
