Ennis is one of the worst affected areas in the country, when it comes to air pollution.
In it’s latest report, the Environmental Protection Agency has revealed that illegal levels of air pollution have been detected in Ireland in 2019; the first time in over a decade.
Unhealthy levels of airborne dust and soot were also found at 33 sites across the country, including Ennis.
