An Ennis woman is appealing to people across Clare to inform their family and friends if they’re feeling emotionally vulnerable.
Today is World Suicide Day, with over 400 people across the country having died by suicide or self-harm last year.
Irene Hehir began seeking help after almost succumbing to suicidal thoughts at the age of 41.
